The rules that apply when you register for, attend or interact with BNT Visitors Day 2026. Please read carefully before registering.

By registering for, accessing, browsing or attending BNT Visitors Day 2026 (the "Event"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register or attend.
Attendance for the 2026 edition is complimentary for confirmed invitees. BNT reserves the right to introduce a registration fee or no-show charge for future editions, communicated in advance.
The Event is a professional networking environment. Attendees agree to:
BNT reserves the right to deny entry, remove or permanently exclude any attendee whose conduct, in our reasonable opinion, violates this section, with no refund or recourse.
The Event will be photographed and may be video-recorded by BNT or its partners. By attending, you grant BNT a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your image, voice and likeness in promotional materials, website, social media and archival content. If you prefer to be excluded, email hello@bntvinaiyam.in before the Event.
Conversations, business introductions and information shared at the Event are intended in good faith for networking purposes. While we do not impose a legal NDA on attendees, we expect everyone to treat any commercially-sensitive information shared by another attendee with reasonable discretion.
Direct selling, distribution of marketing collateral, or recruitment-style pitches without organiser approval is prohibited and may result in removal from the Event.
Registration is processed via Google Forms and may rely on Google Workspace services. Use of these tools is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policies. BNT is not responsible for the practices of third parties linked from this website.
All content on this website — including logos, brand names ("BNT வினையம்", "BNT Visitors Day"), copy, design, photography (excluding licensed Unsplash stock and individual attendee material) — is owned by or licensed to BNT. No part may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
The Event and any business introductions made are provided "as is". BNT does not endorse, guarantee or warrant the offerings, claims, or business conduct of any attendee. Any commercial agreements you enter into with another attendee are entirely between the two parties; BNT bears no liability for the outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BNT, its directors, organisers, volunteers and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your registration, attendance, or use of this website. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for registration.
You agree to indemnify and hold BNT harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) your conduct at the Event, or (iii) any commercial relationship you initiate with another attendee.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
BNT may revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be published at this URL with the "Last updated" date refreshed. Continued registration or attendance after a change constitutes acceptance.
